Degabriel offers free shipping and returns. During the month of December, the returns will be extended until January 9 of the following year.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Orders placed before 14:00 (CEST) will be fulfilled the same day. During the sale period, the large number of orders may result in longer delivery times. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

  • Taxes and obligations

The prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

For orders outside the EUAll applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.Degabriel cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Degabriel ensures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by DEGABRIEL.

  • ORDER STATUS

All orders are shipped with UPS and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.

  • SEND A GIFT

All purchases made at degabriel-official are gift-wrapped and include a dedication card that can be requested by mail to info@degabriel-official.com.


RETURNS

DEGABRIEL has a return policy of 14 days from the delivery date of your online order to send it back to our returns center for a refund. During the month of December, the returns will be extended until January 9 of the following year.

Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel. If you need any further information, you can send an email to customercare@degabriel-official.com.

In case you want to start a return:

Returns are free in Europe and outside Europe.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A printable label will be provided to you via email. The customer must print it, stick it on the package and leave the package at the post office or at a "pickup point" near his address.

Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks related to the return of the products are borne by the sender. For customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, with its label attached, unused, accompanied by all its accessories.

Upon receipt of the products returned by the customer, customer service issued a confirmation of receipt of the product by original email used at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

The amount will be refunded in the same payment method within a maximum of 4 business days. Taxes, duties and other fees that may have been generated will not be refunded.
